Boehringer Ingelheim has licenced global rights for CDR111, an antibody-based trispecific M-gager to treat autoimmune diseases from  CDR-Life, Inc. CDR111 is an antibody-based T-cell engager designed to selectively target and deplete B cells, with the goal of achieving immune system reset.  

British antibody specialist Alchemab Therapeutics Ltd has secured a US$32m Series A extension after it completing preclinical development of ATLX-1282 and starting a Phase I clinical trial.

The US Roche unit Genentech Inc has signed a US$400 million licence deal with British NativeMS specialist OMass Therapeutics Ltd. Under the exclusive collaboration and licence agreement, Genentech intends to commercialise therapies for inflammatory bowel disease.

C4X Discovery Holdings Ltd has received a €8m milestone payment from the French pharmaceutical company Sanofi for its preclinical IL-17A inhibitor. This payment is based on a licence agreement from 2021, under which the British company could receive up to €414m, including royalties.
