Baehny is a biologist by training and has been the chairment of Lonza Group’s Board of Directors since 2018. He joined the board in 2017. He is also a member of the Board of Investis Group Holding and chairman of the Board of Directors of Geberit Group. Until 2014, he was CEO of Geberit and, before that, worked at companies such as Wacker Chemie, Ciba Specialty Chemicals and Dow Chemicals Europe.
