Paris-based start-up Enodia Therapeutics has secured €20.7 million in seed funding to advance its early-stage pipeline of targeted protein degradation. Elaia, Pfizer Ventures and Bpifrance led the Seed financing under the InnoBio investment framework, with further contributions from Wallonie Entreprendre, Argobio Studio, MACSF, the Institut Pasteur, InvestSud, Sambrinvest and Mission BioCapital.

Swiss biotechnology company TECregen, based in Basel, has raised CHF 10 million (about €11 million) in seed financing to advance therapies designed to restore immune function by regenerating the thymus, an organ central to T-cell development but rarely targeted by drugs.

Denmark’s complement system activator specialist Commit Biologics A/S has added  a €5.5m extension to its €16.5 seed financing. New investor Korys joined Novo Holdings and Bioqube Ventures.

Exeter-based university spin-out Senisca Ltd has added £3.7m seed money to a £1.1m not dilutive funding to advance its pipeline of drugs targetting RNA splicing dysregulation.

Mysthera Therapeutics AG has launched in Basel with $3.5m in seed funding from founding investor Forty51 Ventures. The capital will be used to advance its preclinical portfolio in a variety of autoimmune indications. The focus is on pan-PIM kinase inhibitors that uniquely modulate multilineage immune cell functions.
