EIBFab’entech, a French biopharma company, has secured a loan worth €20m from the European Investment Bank (EIB) under the HERA Invest programme, aimed at bolstering Europe’s preparedness against biological threats.

Bavarian Nordic A/SDanish vaccine maker Bavarian Nordic A/S has submitted data to the EMA that support label extension of its mpox vaccine imvanex indication to include adolescents 12 to 17 years of age.
The International Vaccine Institute, IVI, which is associated with the WHO and UN, will locate its European office in Stockholm. To date, the institute is only located in the host country of South Korea.
