Merus: Changes in management

Most recently, Crowley served as Corporate Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at Charles River Laboratories. Previously, he served as the Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals and held senior corporate finance positions at Vertex Pharmaceuticals and Sunovian Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Crowley is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from Babson College with B.S. degrees in both Economics and Accountancy.

Margetson has been on the management board of Merus sind June 2012 and served as CFO since 2010. Before joining Merus, Margetson served as vice president of finance of PanGenetics B.V., a therapeutic antibody development company. Margetson holds a B.A. in business economics from the Higher Economics School, is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and holds the Chartered Global Management Accountants designation.
