Novo has entered a collaboration and licensing agreement with Danish biotech Orbis Medicines worth up to $1.4 billion (€1.2 billion) to discover oral macrocycle drugs for cardiometabolic diseases. Novo will also make an undisclosed strategic investment in Orbis.
