Lakefront Biotherapeutics, formerly Galapagos, has sold five preclinical CAR-T assets to Belgian startup Armed Cell Therapeutics for €8 million upfront, while India’s Mankind Pharma has agreed to acquire 70% of the buyer for €48 million.
