The 10th edition of the European Biotechnology Science & Industry Guide 2020 offerred an exciting insight into the European biotech scene and its current trends. Brilliant science, detailed portraits of successful companies and new European initiatives to strengthen the biotechnology industry – all this was presented in the anniversary edition of the European Biotechnology Science & Industry Guide. In addition to the detailed portraits of companies, research institutions and projects, the guide presented new initiatives aimed at putting biotechnology back in the spotlight by providing solutions to the major environmental problems of our time. For example, a new biotech label, a new EU-wide job platform for the life sciences and a climate protection project are presented.
