Bavarian Nordic: Head of strategy
Going forward, Henrik Birk will be in charge of Bavarian Nordics operational and HR strategies. He will take over the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer at the Danish-German biotech.
Birk, who holds a Masters of Business Administration from Henley Business School, has been with Bavarian Nordic since 2008. Most recently, he served as Senior VP, Strategy, People and Organisation. Before joining Bavarian Nordic, Birk worked at healthcare company Coloplast.
