BioBLU® 10c Single-Use Vessel

The important link for bioprocess scale-up!

Single-use vessels eliminate the need for cleaning and autoclaving, are easy to handle and thus reduce the time between new bioprocess runs and minimize the risk of cross-contamination. Made from monolayer virgin plastics, the BioBLU Single-Use Vessels address the widely discussed problems associated with leachables and extractables (L&E).

Regardless if the research focus lies on small scale or bench-scale, with its working volume of 3.5 L to 10 L the BioBLU 10c Single-Use Vessel provides an important link for scale-up experiments. The rigid wall stirred-tank design mimics traditional vessels and makes scale-up easy.

In comparison to traditional bulky and heavy 10 L glass vessels, a filled BioBLU 10c assembled with an exhaust condenser weighs just the half.

The BioBLU portfolio has grown to accommodate users from early research and development through manufacturing. BioBLU c and p vessels cover a wide variety of processes, including shear-sensitive suspension cell cultures and adherent cell line development.
