BioFlo 320: Moving from R&D to commercial manufacturing

The BioFlo® 320 bioprocess controller enables precise process parameter control for creating accurate cell culture environments in working volumes between 0.4 and 40 L. The easy-to-use BioFlo control software comes with innovative features such as Auto Calibrate which enables you to focus on other tasks while DO sensors are calibrated consistently every time and independent of the user. Powerful sensor options, such as Mettler Toledo ISM®, are integrated as well, allowing you to keep track of the relevant process parameters and the status of the sensors. In order to simplify your scale-up and save your valuable time, the BioFlo 320 bioprocess controller offers the Scale Up Assist feature which automatically calculates all bioprocess parameters based on a scale-up parameter of your choosing. Furthermore, the integration of accessories such as scales allows for the implementation of control loops with the DASware® control SCADA software. Also integrated in DASware control 6 software is BioNsight® cloud, our cloud-based software solution for bioprocess monitoring and analysis, wherever you are. AI-enabled process insights by the implemented DataHowLab feature complete this all-in-one software package. To keep your system up to date, the Maintenance Screen allows to check the component status and reminds you about upcoming maintenance needs. All these features make the BioFlo 320 bioprocess controller a powerful tool to simplify your process, mitigate risks, and help saving time.
