Sachse knows the clinical stage immune-oncology company based in Prague well, as he was most recently the Deputy Chief medical Officer at Sotio. He takes over his new position from Dr Harald Fricke, CMO since February 2019. Beyond his knowledge of Sotio Sachse brings more than 25 years experience as a physician and scientist.

He held various management positions at Bayer, Boehringer Ingelheim, Aeterna Zentaris and Neovii Pharmaceuticals. Prior he started at Sotio, since 2012 a member of the PPF Group, he worked for Neovii in Rapperswil (CH) as Chief Scientific Officer and led medical, development and regulatory activities.
