Chadwick has worked for more than 30 years in various roles in small growth companies in the biotechnology, drug discovery and drug development sectors. Chadwick holds a PhD in molecular biology from Newcastle University and an MBA from Imperial College London. Throughout his varied career he has gained valuable experience in building research and development companies, most notably at BioFocus - now part of Charles River Laboratories - and pharmaceutical services provider Excelsyn. Mark also led the commercial team at Arcinova for four years.
