Deutsche Börse publishes BIOTECH Insight
The biotechnology industry in Germany is on the upswing – reason enough for Deutsche Börse to dedicate distinct attention to the sector in the future. Early December, the new online information service BIOTECH Insight was started in German and English in cooperation with Berlin-based BIOCOM AG.
It includes an overview of various data and facts on economic key figures, background dossiers on selected biotech topics, current news and profiles of relevant start-ups, investors and industry clusters. CEO interviews also provide insights into specific corporate strategies.
"The corona pandemic has once again shown us the major role biotechnological high-tech research plays in medicine for our economy and society – either with vaccines, therapies or diagnostics," says Peter Fricke, Head of Capital Markets Sales, Deutsche Börse AG. "With BIOTECH Insight we want to improve visibility for the development of this attractive tech sector, to map trends and topics as well as relevant stakeholders – also beyond the healthcare industry."
